We pride ourselves on delivering high end quality handbags. However, due to Covid 19 all sales are final. Cancellation and modifications must be made prior to order being marked processed. All handbags are thoroughly inspected for quality assurance prior to shipping. If damage is made to the handbag during shipping, please submit a claim using the claim form within 7 days and describe the packaging damage that caused damage to handbag. Upon receipt a representative will contact you immediately. If return is required, customer is responsible for shipping.
